Dana founded Cowboy with the purpose of developing an agency that marries traditional experience with innovative digital communication. Dana has extensive knowledge in the financial services arena working with ING DIRECT, NYMEX, Citigroup, Acala Partners and others. In addition to the financial industry, Dana focuses on other highly regulated industries including pharmaceuticals.

Before founding Cowboy, Dana had co-founded Creative Priority with DJ Haddad in 2001. CP is an award winning interactive focused agency and much of the work showcased on the Cowboy site was developed as Creative Priority. Prior to that, Dana was Vice President of Client Services for Nethod LLC, a Euro RSCG Company. One of his primary responsibilities was to help American Home Products companies achieve global leadership in interactive marketing.

Dana’s focus the past 8 years has been building businesses in the underdeveloped internet landscape. Dana brings a wealth of experience and an interactive staff second to none. Dana’s management style is simple. Hire the best people to do the work and then create the best environment to allow it to grow. It may sound cliche, but that’s how he prefers it — the digital Yogi Berra.
